The ex-employees claim they were not paid for the time they worked at the restaurant on South Memorial Parkway, and they were not paid overtime when they were ordered to work more than 40 hours a week.
The lawsuit states other employees received similar treatment and asks for the unpaid wages as well as compensation and restitution.
The restaurant opened in October 2016 and closed down in early December.
